This program consists of three phases

and you can do it at your own pace

Pre-Cleanse/Prep

Phase 1, you will ease into the program by reducing stimulants and processed food. You will learn how to reduce the toxic load for overall health and wellness.

Clean Eating

In Phase 2, we remove all stimulants and the foods not on the cleanse. Many of my clients feel they need to extend Phase 2 longer than seven days.

Transition

During Phase 3, we slowly add potentially triggering foods back in to your diet over the course of 7 days, or longer if need be.

It’s time to rebalance your body so that you can glow from the inside out, feel energised and be a more confident you because you’ll finally have a body you feel good to be in.

NOTE: Please note, this is a Seasonal program. Each season I release version specific to the current season with information about what to focus on and how to nurture your body during this season. Frequently Asked Questions

I am Vegan or Vegetarian. Can I still do it?

Yes, you can! Please email me before purchasing this course so I can send you a link for the Vegan/Vegetarian option.

Is this a self-study or a group program?

This program is designed as a self-study program with daily accountability emails to support you during all three phases.

However, I know sometimes it’s nice to be surrounded by people who are on the same journey so I am offering as well a Facebook group for all participants of Eat Seasonal Program.

I am on the budget. Can I still do this program?

Absolutely! I pride myself on not pushing expensive powders or meal replacements. The idea is to cleanse naturally with seasonal whole foods. To eat healthily in a cost-effective way, look for a local CSA or farmer’s market, your local store or buy food online. Frozen organic produce can also be good value for your money. If the cost is an issue, try to budget your organic money for the fruits and vegetables that have been shown to have the highest pesticide load.

What if I am travelling?

Yes, you can do this program if travelling. You might just have to plan ahead and pack some healthy bars or other snacks. You can as well prepare some meals in advance. Hotels and restaurants can almost always make you a healthy meal.  It will be challenging if you are travelling a lot, but it is doable.

I have a party to attend, what do I eat?

Simple and clean eating is what this cleanse is all about. Try to opt for a simple and clean choice. When in doubt, you can eat before the party, or sneak some healthy snacks.

I am nursing. Can I still follow the cleanse?

Yes, you can do this program while breastfeeding. You will just need to add an extra 3-4 ounces of high-quality protein (animal or plant-based) at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Can I still work out?

Yes, you can still exercise if you feel up to it. Some people have a spurt of energy while cleansing, which I call the cleansing high. Others prefer to take it easy while they cleanse and benefit more from light stretching.

I really need support, will that be offered?

Group support from your detoxing friends will be offered in the Facebook group and any question asked in there, I will happily answer.
